Purpose:
The Tiller Club expands financial support within the Education Foundation of the Iowa Chapter of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers by reducing the cost of professional education, accreditation, and leadership training. Its mission is to ensure emerging members have access to the experiences and resources needed to advance in the profession.
Objectives:
- Broaden member experience, strengthen engagement, and shape leaders.
- Enable attendance of Annual Conferences and Leadership Excellence (LEX).
- Support members pursuing professional accreditation (AFM, AAC, ARA, RPRA).
Process:
